Boutique Returns

You have 15 days to return items purchased in our boutique. We offer store credit but are unable to offer refunds for returned merchandise.

**During the holidays, our return window is extended. Purchases made between Nov. 1st - Dec. 24th can be returned in store until Jan. 15th. Items must meet all eligibility requirements below.**

Return Requirements:
- Items must be accompanied by their original tags
- Customer must know the first & last name of the purchaser
- Items must be original condition (unworn, unwashed, non-stained, odorless)
**It is up to the discretion of the store manager whether a return meets criteria**

The following items are final sale and non-returnable for store credit.
- Permanently discounted items (have a discount sticker on the tag)
- Jewelry
- Home décor
- Holiday themed apparel

***Adorabelles will not accept any items back that have been customer washed. Care tags are developed by the manufacturer and are NOT endorsed by Adorabelles. We HIGHLY suggest seeking out washing recommendations for your garment's specific material(s) online before washing. Items that have been washed and do not have a favorable outcome are not deemed faulty and cannot be accepted for a return/exchange by our staff.
