You have 21 days from the shipment date to return items purchased online.
Our goal is to provide you with pieces that you'll absolutely love. We will always do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchase! Our customers are our #1 priority and we always treat each one as fairly as possible. If you've received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take care of this for you.
We offer store credit for all returned items. If you wish to exchange your item for another size/color, please wait for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to you. You may then use your credit to purchase the new size/color you would like in its place. We are unable to hold items for exchanges as items are on a first come/first serve basis.
You have 3 options when deciding how to return your item(s).
1. We can provide you a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
2. You can mail your item back using the method of your choice.
3. You can return your item in store (see details below).
If you choose to utilize the pre-paid label feature, $5 will be deducted from your store credit amount. We will provide a label for the weight of the product + the original packaging. You will need to deliver your package to your local post office or USPS drop box in order to send it back. We will have record of your tracking information if you choose this option.
If you choose to mail your item back on your own, you can do so using the shipping carrier of your choice. You will need to keep record of your tracking information as we will not have access to it. We are unable to reimburse return shipping costs.

Returning Online Items In Our Boutique
You DO NOT need to complete the online return form if you are returning your online purchase in our boutique. Simply bring it in during our store hours and let an associate know that you need to return an item you purchased on our site. Please make sure that your return meets our criteria beforehand. Our boutique staff are able to provide you with an in-store credit that you can use in our boutique.
Items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in complete original condition in order to be eligible for return. All original packaging must be 100% intact and in the same condition as when it left our facility. If items are returned that are deemed not in original condition by Adorabelles, we reserve the right to refuse a return. "Unoriginal" conditions include but are not limited to: odors, stains, make up residue, rips/damages, signs of wear, signs of wash, etc..
Shoes must be packed up as they arrived with all inner packaging. Shoe boxes must be in original condition, with the lid included. Shoes & shoe boxes must be in original, "re-sellable" condition. Shoe boxes should be mailed back inside another form of packaging, such as a bag or box, to protect the integrity of the shoe box. Any shoes or shoe boxes returned outside these parameters will be refused.
The following items are unfortunately NOT eligible for return:
Sweaters/cardigans made of a CHENILLE knit material
Before mailing items back to us or bringing your return into our stores, our online Return Request must be completed. You can begin the return process by clicking the box below.
Once a return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. We will contact you via email to issue a store credit which can be redeemed online. If you wish to have your online credit changed to a store credit, please contact adorabellesCS@gmail.com to make a request for this after receiving your store credit code.

We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
All orders are packed, fulfilled and shipped out to within 2-3 business days of being purchased. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you place an order on Friday after 6:00 p.m., your package may not be shipped until the following Monday. Orders with a total of $59.99 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Our Free Shipping is delivered via the "Standard Shipping" time frame listed below.
We have 3 shipping options:
STANDARD SHIPPING ($5.99)
Customers who select "Standard Shipping" will have their package shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This is the most economical shipping option offered by the United States Post Office. It typically takes between 5-10 business days to receive your order. If you need an item by a specific day or want to get insurance on your shipment, we encourage you purchase an upgraded shipping option.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($14.99)
Items shipped with the "Expedited Shipping" option will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. This is an expedited shipping option that includes $50 insurance on the package.
RUSH SHIPPING ($26.99)
Items shipped with the "Rush Shipping" option will arrive within 1-2 business days. This is our fastest shipping option that includes $100 insurance on the package.
Packages are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air or Priority Mail Express (depending upon which option guarantees a quicker arrival date.)

LOCAL PICK UP (FREE)
Boutique pickups are typically ready within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
If you'd like to do Curbside Pick up, pull up in front of our boutique and we will bring your order out to you. When you arrive, call us at 859-314-6366 to let us know your order name & vehicle type.
**After a package departs from our facility, Adorabelles is no longer capable of controlling its journey to you. While we have found the US Postal Service to be highly dependable, occurrences have seldom occurred where packages have gone missing or been damaged during transport. Adorabelles is not responsible for a package once it is delivered to USPS. USPS gives the responsibility to the individual who pays for the shipping service which is the customer. We will do our best to help you in the event of a lost or damaged package but cannot offer refunds/credits in the event of a mail carrier error. Restitution must be sought from that carrier in the event of such an occurrence. Please consider this before choosing your shipping method and consider opting for a shipping option that includes package insurance if purchasing a high amount of items.**
